Driveway Doctor ("we", "us", "our") is an Irish business operated by Brian O'Donoghue, providing driveway cleaning, restoration and installation services across Dublin, Meath and nationwide. We take your privacy seriously and only collect the information we need to respond to you. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts.
When you fill in our quote form or contact us, we collect:
We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, any sensitive personal information. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange work, and stay in touch about that work. Our lawful basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to a genuine enquiry about our services. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell your information to anyone.
When you submit the form, your details are sent to the business owner by email and stored securely so that no enquiry is lost. To deliver that email reliably we use a trusted email delivery provider (SMTP2GO), which processes the message on our behalf. Your details are kept only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and are then deleted.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function.
Under GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To make any of these requests, or if you have any privacy question, contact us at brian@drivewaydoctor.ie or on 086 0222 035 and we will look after it promptly.
